Diminished Manufacturing Source and Materials Shortage (DMSMS)

RPC silicon and germanium devices will:

• offer 10 year lifecycles
• have a DMSMS warranty and/or insurance option
• use standard "extended" plastic and ceramic packages rated for -40/+85 deg C as well as -55/+125 deg C
• offer screening for humidity, thermal shock, burn-in, vibration, mechanical shock, ESD resistance
