Kitting provides a cost effective way to procure parts in package quantities from low to high volume production which can be purchased for either internal PCB production or shipped to an EMS provider of your choice. This eliminates expediting of parts and multiple Invoices from many suppliers and will allow you to manage and maximize your capital utilization.

RPC will maintain on hand Inventory as well as pipelined Inventory in order to satisfy your JIT requirements. JIT programs provide material availability, reduced lead-time, manufacturing flexibility and reduced inventory-carrying costs. RPC will work with you to determine requirements based on your annual sales forecast.

The RPC Kan Ban Inventory Program is designed to provide our customers with a guaranteed flow of product with upside protection while optimizing inventory turns.

RPC will ship product and schedule material based on actual usage, but will use an annual sales forecast as a base plan. To minimize the customer's inventory and insure continuous material flow, we suggest the use of a two bin inventory system. This allows RPC to build assemblies in economic order quantities and address component lead- time issues.

The customer has a guaranteed flow of product and upside protection from the inventory at RPC for spikes in demand. This program results in increased Inventory turns for the customer.

We offer Component Lead Forming and Preparation per your specifications on a variety of machines with standard and custom dies.

RPC Electronics offers everything you need for programmable logic, memory, and micro controller technology. Your programmed components can be delivered in engineering quantities or large production volumes. Additional services include complete serialization, marking and labeling.
