|
| Q2:
You have an inadequate reference board and would like STx
to design one for you.
|
| A2:
In order to provide you an accurate estimate of the work,
we will ask for a small purchase order for consultative research
to develop the scope of the project. After you have purchased
our thoughts, if you choose to proceed, you now have a very
good idea of what you will get, how long it will take, and
how much it will cost. Once the project is completed, you
will own any and all intellectual property from the project
and can proceed into the STx standard service and support
model as described above.
|
| |
|
|
| Q3:You
would like STx to build a short run public demo product ASAP?
|
| A4:
We would be glad to- just to manage your expectations, expedited
materials cost quite a bit more, especially the industrial
modeling components.
|
| Q5:
You are an existing STx partner and would like help on a small
integration or firmware problem
|
| A5:
No worries, just call your STx executive representative and
let us know what you need- we will work on a time and materials
basis and elevate your requirement to highest priority.
|
| Q6:
You have a strategic OEM customer with a small assembly job
and need to refer it to a trusted partner
|
| A6:
That is what our business model is all about! |
